This program is designed to introduce kids to the game of soccer while having fun & getting excercise! It will improve their motor skills, coordination and over all physical health. The focus will be on basic soccer skills and the rules of the game.
Keep your little one active while having fun at West Rock Indoor’s Intro to Sports program. Kids, ages 3 – 6, will be exposed to a variety of different sports and have the opportunity to work on fundamental sports skills that will help build strength and fitness, improve hand-eye and muscle coordination, and fine tune their motor skills.
West Rock's counselors will create teams to compete in relay races, kickball, dodgeball, basketball, soccer and more!
Work with Greg Chertok, former college baseball all-star, and his team for age-appropriate baseball training to hone your current skills, and work on the following:
Hitting Mechanics | Throwing | Fielding Pitching | Base Running
Our total body program will develop each athletes individual quickness and strength. We incorporate a variety of body exercises to build the strength it takes to improve players speed & agility.
