Participants for West Rock programs are required to fill out a waiver every time they come. This includes Birthday Parties and other West Rock events. Students enrolled in West Rock sports programs must have a waiver filled out for them before they begin a program. A new waiver must be filled out before the start of a new session of the same or different program. Click here to download the waiver form.

Since West Rock is strictly an indoor facility, hours vary based on season. Generally, our Tennis Facility is open from 7am – 10pm, and our All Sports side is open from 7am – 10pm. Please call 845-623-3636 for additional information.

West Rock Indoor Sports Complex is located at 21 Pralle Lane in Bardonia New York. We’re located right off Route 304 near the Mercedes-Benz dealership. Clients should look for a sign which says “Camp Bow-Wow” which can be seen from Rt. 304. Turn in as if you were going to Camp Bow-Wow and our facility is located at the end of the street. If you are putting our address into a GPS, use the town of Nanuet instead of Bardonia. Bardonia does not show up on GPS. Click here for a map and more detailed directions.

West Rock asks all clients renting our space to please bring their own equipment. After their rental time, West Rock asks that all clients please clean up their own equipment and leave the rental space as they originally came to it. WEST ROCK IS NOT REPOSNIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN EQUIPMENT. West Rock will provide equipment for students involved in sports programs that they sign up for with us. Equipment will also be provided at West Rock hosted Birthday Parties and events unless previously stated.

Normal shoes and footwear may be worn on both surfaces. Rubber cleats may be worn on our turf field. West Rock strictly prohibits metal cleats from being worn on our turf field.

West Rock adores pets of all types, but for cleanliness reasons, we ask for all of our patrons to please keep all pets outside of the facility at all times.

A quadrant of our turf field is approximately 120 feet by 55 feet. One of our basketball courts is 84 feet by 50 feet.

West Rock offers concession of both snacks and drinks. Players coming in to our facility are allowed to bring in one drink and a small snack. Management must be notified before any renter is bringing a large food or drink order. FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED ON EITHER THE TURF OR BASKETBALL COURTS

You do not have to be a member to play at West Rock. Anyone can book a court or turf as long as there is availability. We ask for a name, telephone number and email address at the time of booking any space.

At this time during the pandemic restrictions, unfortunately spectators are not allowed on the courts.
