Metro Lacrosse Club, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Hudson Valley Lacrosse Hall of Fame Coach Mary-Lynne McKee for the purpose of increasing lacrosse playing opportunities for young women in the New York Metropolitan-area. As a part of this tradition, Metro’s stick-work clinics are designed to enable players at all levels of experience to develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve success at the next level. Games will be played Saturday afternoons and evenings, 1 Hour Game, Players must bring own equipment to participate. Referees and Pinnies will be provided.

The “Girls Mid-Winter Break Lacrosse Camp” at Westrock has been created for the purpose of providing girls in grades 5 thru 8 and grades 9 thru 12 in the NY-Metro area the opportunity to get ready for the upcoming 2020 spring season.

Kids off from School? No problem! Drop off your kids to any of our sports open plays for a day filled of sports, inflatables, arts and crafts, and other fun activities in our fully air-conditioned facility, conviniently located in Nanuet, NY. Our counselors will create teams to assure that your kid stays active and compete in dodgeball, relay races, kickball, basketball, soccer and other fun activities! West Rock’s open play is the best thing your kid can do to stay active when there is no school!
