Directions iconWest Rock Indoor Sports & Entertainment Complex is conveniently located in Nanuet, NY off of Rt 304 adjacent to the NYS Thruway at 21 Pralle Lane. Pralle Lane is just north of the Mercedes-Benz dealership and across the street from the Ford-Mercury dealership. (see map below)


From George Washington Bridge/New Jersey
  • Take the Palisades Interstate Pkwy North
  • Exit at 8W for Route 59 toward Nanuet/Spring Valley
  • Merge onto Route 59 West
  • Exit onto Route 304 North
  • Proceed past 2 traffic lights
  • Turn left at Pralle Ln just past the 2nd light
From Tappan Zee Bridge/Westchester
  • Head west on I-287 W/I-87 N
  • Exit at 13S for Palisades Interstate Pkwy South
  • Exit at 8W for Route 59 toward Nanuet/Spring Valley
  • Merge onto Route 59 West
  • Exit onto Route 304 North
  • Proceed past 2 traffic lights
  • Turn left at Pralle Ln just past the 2nd light
 From the Garden State Parkway/Western New Jersey/I-287, Orange County and points north
  • Take the NYS Thruway/I-287/I-87 west/south to exit 13S for the Palisades Interstate Parkway South
  • Take exit 8W for Route 59 toward Nanuet/Spring Valley
  • Merge onto Route 59 West
  • Exit onto Route 304 North
  • Proceed past 2 traffic lights
  • Turn left at Pralle Ln just past the 2nd light
